How it works?

Loonars team uses the most modern and effective project management methodologies to achieve maximum results. Each project is divided into stages to facilitate understanding for a client.

1. INITIAL STAGE

  • Signing service contract (if requested) and NDA contract.
  • Receiving initial requirements for the project
  • Choosing methodologies for this project.

 

2. INCEPTION STAGE

On this stage we will collect the info from the client. We will divide all requirements into features and benefits and offer own solutions or idea.

 

3. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS SPECIFICATION STAGE

On this stage we will take collected requirements and harmonized ideas and convert them into SRS. 

 

4. SRS ANALYSIS AND PROJECT SETUP STAGE

We will take harmonized SRS and prepare the following information:

  • offer final tech stack for the project;
  • make pre-estimation as for budget and timeline;

5. UI DESIGN STAGE

Preparing the Moodboard.

Creating of concept for web. We will prepare the concept of the Home page or one of the most important pages of the project.

After approval of the concept designers will work according to selected design scheme.
We can use several UI/UX and graphic designers on the project who will work under Art Director supervision.

 

6. FRONTEND DEVELOPMENT STAGE

We will take the design and convert it into HTML files. In case of needs we will use JS frameworks.

 

7. BACKEND DEVELOPMENT STAGE

Depending on the project we will use ready CMS or solutions or make partially or full custom backend development

 

8. QA STAGE

QA will be made after each sprint. Also there will be a big final QA sprint after completing the project.
For simple projects we can offer manual testing
For complicated projects we recommend to use AUTOMATED TESTS.

 

9. RELEASE AND UPLOADING TO SERVER

After client’s final approval we upload the project to the live hosting and connect it with the domain. After that it considered as finalized.

6. IOS AND ANDROID DEVELOPMENT STAGE

Our mobile developers will take care of the clean and efficient code.

 

7. BACKEND DEVELOPMENT STAGE

If the app requires backend part, our developers will prepare admin panel and API.
